Dreamy Bedrooms
Lately, my favorite pinning (on Pinterest of course) has been of gorgeous bedrooms. I'm helping a friend decorate her beautiful new luxury apartment and grey chic seems to be the theme. Here are a few photos from Pinterest of stunning bedrooms. Relax and enjoy.
The chandelier, twigs and soft colors are my favs here.
Floating lacquer nightstands, fabulous
This is one luxurious bedroom
Charming
Grey, light, simple
Classic, spacious, soothing colors
So dreamy
Stunning, fabulous and impressive
Great headboard
Romantic and dreamy
Simple and sophisticated
Divine
Sparkling romance
I'm now off to dreamland, dreaming of lush draperies, grey walls, handsome headboards and peaceful pillows.

Five Things I Cannot Live Without, TODAY.
I have been challenged by Tasya over at http://myhouseandhome.squarespace.com/home/2012/4/17/5-things-i-cant-live-withouttoday.html to keep this top five idea going, so here's my list. It's funny, because just tonight I was thinking how I couldn't live without my IPhone and the sweet cover that wraps it's brilliance.
Number 1
Number 2
Next on my list would be my Clinique lipgloss. It is a nice size, there are lots of great colors to choose from and I have three. One for the handbag, one for the makeup bag and a spare for when I run out.
Number 3
Would have to be my Land's End Stripe Scarf. I wear it almost daily...maybe too much but I can't help myself. I am obsessed with stripes and this scarf works with everything! Love.
Number 4
GOYTE
I, like many others have been listening to this song, over, and over and over again. It's terrific, it's fun to sing to and there's nothing more I can say. "Somebody".
Just listen to it, you'll be hooked.
Number 5
Last, but not least on list are my three adorable monkeys. They will always be included in my top five, even a top five list of fashion, fun and material items, they make the cut every time. What are your top five favs?

No Sew Duct Tape Bags
My friend Tasya over at http://myhouseandhome.squarespace.com/ shared a fun diy project, duct tape bags, no sewing required. All you need is: duct tape, scissors, fabric and a stapler. Give yourself about an hour to put one of these super cute and handy little bags together.
These bags are so fun to create! I like them so much that we had a bag making party with some of my favorite mamas. We had wine, snacks and lots of duct tape! There were so many fun different fabrics and sizes of bags. I'm looking forward to making more. Be sure to check out Tasya's blog for a full tutorial on how to make your own. Happy stapling!

Birthday Fun
I've been away from blogland for some time, my apologies! With kids and work it's difficult to squeeze in I tell ya! My girls turned three and we celebrated all week long with lunch and cupcakes on their actual birthday. Then dinner with some family at the infamous Spaghetti Factory, the ultimate kid food delight. We followed up with a birthday party with some of little friends at a fabulous children's art studio called The Roaring Mouse. I highly recommend them! It's an inexpensive, yet creative and fun way to have a fantastic party for your tots. The kids painted animal ears and created animal "skin" capes. Three, it came so quickly! www.roaringmouse.org

Kindergarten Valentine
We are ready for Sam's Kindergarten Valentines Day Party!
I kept it simple this year, all Sam had to do for his classmate's valentines was sign his name. He seemed okay with that simple task. For his teachers Sam painted his hands and stamped them on some paper which I cut out and wrapped around some hand lotion. I know I never have enough hand lotion around.
All I did was cut out some triangles, wrote a message (yeah, I know it's quick and dirty), Sam signed his name and I used glue dots to secure the triangle flag to the top of the pencil.
For the teacher's valentine first Sam stamped his hands in paint. Next step was to cut out his hands and glue them on to heavier paper. Next I wrote a message and taped around a travel size bottle of lotion. So simple, so easy. That's it, do you have any clever valentines ideas that are simple and quick?
